Meet the Team

  • Born and raised in Waynedale USA, Jeff grew up with incredible, loving parents and a house full of siblings. From a very modest upbringing, he learned the importance of being accountable and reliable.

    ​Jeff began Professional Systems Installations Inc. over 30 years ago with nothing more than a toolbox; a 4- wheel cart, and a determination to never fail.

    He has been involved in every aspect of the business, as most small business owners are.

    ​Jeff is married and the proud father of four incredible human beings. He enjoys playing golf whenever possible and has been a proud supporter of Purdue University as part of the President’s Council and John Purdue Club.

    ​Jeff looks forward to the future of PSI and its continued growth. He cherishes every relationship with PSI customers who have placed trust in what they do.

  • Zach worked at PSI off and on throughout high school and college before starting full-time in 2012. He was considered the warehouse ‘guy’ when he started and in time he took on new responsibilities including the Vice President Administration/Facilities duties.

    In his free time, Zach enjoys spending time with his wife Kelli, and their kids: Josephina, Ezekiel, Violet, and Amelia. He is heavily involved at the Walk To Remember, a nonprofit group for infant loss, where he acts as the treasurer and committee/board member.

    Zach and his family enjoy spending time outside playing sports and swimming and spending time at Kelli’s family’s lake.

  • Tyler has worked at PSI since graduating from high school. He began his career learning the ins and outs of furniture installation and working in the warehouse at PSI. He grew and refined his craft becoming a lead installer and field supervisor.

    Tyler now oversees business operations and quoting. His focus is on growing the family business. When away from work, he enjoys golfing, weightlifting, and traveling with his wife Amanda and their son Tyler Jr.

  • Courtney Witte joined the PSI team as the Business Development and Project Coordinator in the fall 2022. Courtney graduated from the University of Saint Francis with a Business Administration Degree. Courtney is very excited to join the PSI team and learn more about the Commercial furniture industry.

  • Kylie Zelt is a Fort Wayne native and proud Purdue University alumna. She strives to design uniquely functional and visually impactful interior environments for the individuals and businesses she encounters and the spaces they occupy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at Clear Lake with family and friends and supporting the visual and performing arts in her community.

  • Isabelle Scofield graduated from Purdue University where she received her degree in Interior Design, accompanied by a minor in Psychology. Her passion for design stems from the belief that environments directly impact its users. As an active member of IIDA, she enjoys connetcting with other design professionals in her hometown of Fort Wayne, Indiana. In her free time, she enjoys concerts, being outside, and spending time with friends and family.

  • Bailie McNeil is a graduate from Ball State University with a background in commercial furniture sales and design. She is excited to use her skillset in new ways and continue to grow in the industry. She is passionate about the functionality and futuristic qualities of design. With Fort Wayne being her hometown, she loves to challenge her creative side with finding new hobbies and activities plus spending time with those close to her.
